Solo Show - May 2024
Amber Galleries, Henley-on-Thames
Janet was delighted to exhibit 35 new pieces of work at her solo show in May. The collection included large oil paintings, smaller acrylic paintings and sketches spanning trips from Cornwall, Spain and Japan.
The sketches above were painted en plein air in Cornwall, while the first large oil painting is The Isle of Skye.

Henley-on-Thames
Janet is really excited to be one of the artists represented by the new Amber Galleries in Henley on Thames.
The team have a fantastic variety of artists from Marc Chagall, Damien Hirst, John Miro sitting along side new contemporary artist.
If you get chance to visit you would enjoy the variety of art and artists that you would see.

October - Janet apperared in Elle Decoration & Living Etc.
June - Featured by Saatchi Art in a collection
Janet continues to produce large scale commissions for existing Clients along with new introductions through Interior Designers.
2020
Janet sells her art online and also completes a varied number of commissions throughout the year. The largest piece which was 2000 mmw x 1500 mm ht and headed for a new coastal home.
June - Richmond Art Show was cancelled in 2020 so Janet held a special online sale.
2019
June - Art House Open Studios, Richmond Upon Thames.
Janet exhibited her latest collection of oil painting, sketches and watercolours in Teddington.
New Clients and new friends!
We had such a wonderful reception to the collection this year and had a great time seeing old friends as well as meeting many new Clients.
Josie & D'Artagnan are two of these people. They are both absolutely wonderful and enthusiastic as well as generous and kind. Summer Breeze, the painting on the wall behind us is now in their living room.
May - Janet's large colourful abstract painting was featured in an article regarding the new show homes at Teddington Riverside. Janet has a number of pieces of art displayed throughtout this development.
April - The painting below was part of a collection that was auctioned to raise funds for the Turner Contemporary Gallery, Margate.
The event was hosted by the ICAEW with Germaine Greer as the speaker.
2018
June - Art House Open Studios, Richmond Upon Thames. Art sold to new and existings Clients from the "at home" exhibition in Teddington.
2017
June - Art House Open Studios, Richmond Upon Thames
- Jo Payling and Janet Massey exhibited over 75 oil paintings, drawings and watercolours over the Richmond Upon Thames Art House Open Studios Weekend.
- With around 200 visitors, it was a great success.
- Janet and Jo both sold a considerable selection of their artwork and both gained commissions for future work.
